Backlog Shipments

Specialized Logistics Group, in compliance with resolution number 0001822 of July 4, 2018 of the Ministry of Information and Communications Technologies and Law 1369 of 2009, invites all citizens to consult the postal shipments declared in arrears and to recover the related pieces according to the attached list; as long as you are the sender or recipient user for those shipments that exhausted delivery attempts.

After three (3) months from the publication of the aforementioned notice on the operator's website, the backlog committee will meet and dispose of the unclaimed postal items.
